Diamond – with dinner in the set of Peter Pan on the Palace main stage, prepared and served by Wildfire restaurant. The menu features tenderloin and lobster, sea bass, or a specialty of roasted vegetables with pasta.
Emerald – The evening begins in the Candlelight room; the Palace’s transformed rehearsal stage in the Tin Barn. Dinner, served by Gumbo’s North, features slow roasted short ribs braised with dark ale, pecan encrusted salmon or red and yellow peppers filled with delicious seasonal vegetables.
